David Winters

In his role as Chief Administration Officer, Dave is responsible for leading the company’s financial, legal, risk and underwriting, and human resources teams.

Possessing more than three decades of expertise, Dave’s dynamic leadership style and his results-oriented approach have been instrumental in conceptualizing and enacting innovative financial and accounting strategies across a wide range of sectors like manufacturing, real estate, technology, and telecommunications. Prior to joining Stax, Dave held C-level financial leadership roles at Catalis (previously known as Government Brands), Calero Software, Mformation Software Technologies, and Mycom.

Dave’s academic background includes a Bachelor of Science Degree from Bowling Green State University and a Master’s degree in Finance from Georgia State University.
