Valentin Neiconi

As Chief Risk Officer, Valentin is responsible for the development and execution of risk, underwriting and compliance strategies, oversees the advancement of risk product solutions, and manages risk partnerships & program operations.

Prior to his position at Stax, Valentin held essential roles at prominent organizations such as Adyen, Paya.com, Sage, Fiserv, and WorldPay. In these positions, he focused on developing and implementing strategies that enhance risk management frameworks, led high performing risk and compliance organizations, and partnered with regulators and card networks.

Valentin graduated cum laude from The University of Georgia with Bachelor’s degrees in International Relations and Affairs, and Criminal Justice.
