Sarah Gerald

In her role as Chief Operations Officer, Payments, Sarah oversees a dedicated team of developers and engineers, focusing on end-to-end processing capabilities.

With a robust background in payments, Sarah transitioned from the APPs team, bringing close to three decades of specialized experience to her current role. Her career has seen her in senior-level technology, operations, and settlement roles at FIS, Comdata Processing Systems, and Bank of America Merchant Services.

Sarah is also an ETA Certified Payment Professional (CPP) and pursued her education at Watterson College and Sullivan University.
