Natalie Malin Davis

As SVP of Human Resources, Natalie is a highly accomplished and versatile HR leader driven by a genuine passion for addressing the needs of our organization’s workforce – the people whose efforts drive success daily.

Previously, Natalie served as Vice President at Advocate, and as Senior Director of HR & Safety at Recleim LLC, where she implemented strategic HR initiatives that significantly enhanced employee engagement and organizational growth. Her career also includes pivotal roles at MCIC Vermont and WestRock Company demonstrating a strong track record in both HR management and leadership.

Natalie holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree and contributes her expertise as a Board of Directors member for the Duluth Co-op, Hands of Christ as well as The PACE Center For Girls.
