Lisa is an experienced legal advisor with rich expertise in legal and business strategy, risk management and compliance. Lisa is a recognized thought leader and frequently speaks at national and regional legal and payments events.

Lisa earned her JD from the University of Montana and holds a B.A. from California State University, Bakersfield.
