As Chief Marketing and Customer Experience Officer, Jenn leads marketing, customer support, and account management for Stax.

Jenn is an accomplished payments professional with more than 30 years of experience in performance marketing, branding and storytelling, product marketing, direct sales management, global events, customer engagement, and channel marketing.

Prior to joining Stax Payments, Jenn served as SVP, Marketing and Global Events for Paysafe. She’s also held senior level marketing roles with iPayment, Cayan, Keurig, and RE/MAX. 

Jenn is a graduate of Syracuse University where she earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Finance. She is an active member of the Electronic Transactions Association and advisory board member of the Northeast Acquirers Association.
