As 2021 comes to a close, here at Stax we can’t help but look back at the new experiences, customers, teams, and partners that helped make this another unforgettable year.
Recently, our team sat down to think about all the things we should be grateful for. Here are a few that came to mind that we want to share.
Business Growth
We have seen firsthand the grit and passion of business owners as they try to find new ways to bring their visions to life. And better ways to thrive in an ever-changing environment.
There is much that businesses continue to bring to the table in the world we live in today.
As our team collaborates with members and partners into the new year, there is no idea too small in regards to discovering new ways to help businesses rise to the top.
Because the truth is—building a business is grueling work.

But for all the hardships, it was amazing is to witness how Stax members new and established have continued to achieve levels of success they didn’t think possible.

In fact, it has been phenomenal how much people have welcomed and already benefited from everything we’ve offered this year alone—from new mobile and platform user experiences to the addition of Surcharging, recent Level 2 processing enhancements, and even the expansion of recurring billing capabilities with Stax Bill.
It reinforces one of the many reasons why we continue to listen, anticipating what is to come so that you have the flexibility to pivot and adapt to the needs of your own customers.
Community Engagement
In our unique position, we have the chance to work with so many different companies doing amazing work as pillars within their community. From platform owners like Chrimata, who work in the non-profit sector in helping streamline charitable donations, to long-time members like Arthur’s Catering.
As a result, your passion for leading by example has re-ignited our own desire to become even more involved in the community.

Like you, we have big plans for giving even more through in-kind services and contributions in 2021. We are beyond grateful for your support—which allows us to support others in all-new ways.
Future Planning
Right now you may already be busy looking into tips for the new year ahead or trying to find ways to maximize a virtual holiday season. Even so, we are reminded of how important it is to take the time to simply enjoy a few weeks of well-earned rest.
We are already seeing a lot of major conversations begin to surface, from the latest in cryptocurrency and the growth of buy now and pay later, to ever-expanding markets—maybe even touching on the mysteries of web3.
And we look forward to delving into those discussions alongside our businesses who are deep in the trenches of those experiences.
